Joe developed and created 4 Core Financial after 21 years of success in the insurance industry. He began leading teams 30 years ago in the marketing area and continues to focus on developing people. Joe rose to the top at Bankers Life and Casualty and was the top Northeast Manager for many years, as well as being a top 5 National Manager in production for 10 straight years. Joe has trained 10,000+ agents, led teams in multiple states, overseen multiple committees and leadership forums.
Joe has impacted the community for 25+ years as a volunteer and field leader in the insurance field, developing successful advisors in areas such as Medicare, Long Term Care, Life Insurance and Financial Planning have left a tremendous impact in the Tri-State Area. Joe has been actively involved in helping over 20,000 families and contributed to over $25,000,000 in benefits to the community. Volunteer work has included the Alzheimer's Association, Little League Baseball and sponsoring food banks.
Joe, his wife Diane, and their two daughters, Natalie and Ava, live in Milford, CT. Both parents have graduate degrees from Sacred Heart University and are extremely proud of their girls. Natalie is attending Pace University as a National Honor and Spanish National Honor Society Student. Ava is a sophomore in high school and is an extremely creative musician and artist.

Michael Jadach is a founding partner and the Senior Vice-President for 4 Core Financial, part of Innovative Financial Group. He started his insurance career 29 years ago as a field agent and has helped thousands of families plan for life’s unknowns. Michael is an experienced leader having trained and developed hundreds of advisors to high levels of performance. With over 25 years of management under his belt, he is skilled in leadership, agent development, recruiting, Medicare Plans, Life Insurance, Annuities, and Long-Term Care Insurance.
Michael, his wife Mary Beth, and their two daughters, Gabrielle and Isabelle, reside in Ansonia, CT. Michael and Mary Beth’s daughters are exceptional students and athletes, and they are enormously proud parents!

Born in Scotland, Ian emigrated with his family to the United States as a child and has called the NYC metro area of New Jersey home since the early 1980s. An award winning insurance agent and sales manager for over 17 years with Bankers Life, Ian transitioned over to the 4 Core leadership team in early 2021. He has helped thousands of clients in the NY/NJ region and specializes in Retirement Planning, Medicare, Life Insurance and Long Term Care. His passions outside of the office include playing and coaching soccer, golf, fine dining and relaxing on the beautiful beaches of the Jersey Shore with his family.

Eugene has over 25 years of experience working in the financial and insurance industries as an Information Technology Director. In 2015 he decided to use his soft business skills in a direct customer facing role as an Insurance Broker and Retirement Planner. After working as an Account Executive for one of the largest package delivery companies, Richard redirected his interests to the life insurance industry. A fierce advocate for helping people, especially those with the greatest needs, Richard ensured that every policy he fulfilled would be one to benefit the consumer. When Richard isn’t mentoring a newer professional in the industry, he can be found studying for a sermon as the Senior Pastor of his church, Gospel Mission Ministries, Inc., playing the piano with his family (composed of his children) singing group, The Richard Curtis Singers, or running in his backyard with his dogs and grand-children.

Trevor hails from the greater Cleveland, Ohio area and is an active parishioner at St. John Vianney church in Mentor, Ohio. He is an avid Ohio State football fan and prior to insurance, Trevor worked in the accounting and financial services industries.
